Elips Transfers is a private airport transfer service based in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. We take you between the airports of Tivat, Dubrovnik and Podgorica and your hotel, apartment or villa on the Bay of Kotor and the Montenegrin coast. Prices are fixed per car for one to four passengers, and you pay the driver in cash.
